Shipping and handling


Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: All orders require 24-48 business hours for processing. Most orders are prepared for delivery within 24 business hours (after the buyer is verified)
  • Priority Processing: We prioritize orders with paid shipping to ensure they are processed promptly.
  • Holiday Season Note: During busy holiday seasons and after holiday sales, please allow up to 72 business hours for order processing. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods.
  • Processing Hours: We process orders on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. 
  • Non-Processing Days: Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays and national holidays.

International Shipping Information: 

  • Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery: For international orders, it's important to be aware that shipping delivery times vary based on location. These variations are influenced by factors such as customs processing, distance, and local postal services. We appreciate your understanding and patience as we work to get your order to you in a timely manner. International shipping can take 3 to 18 days. 
  • Pricing Details: Our shipping prices vary depending on the destination and the weight of your package. The exact cost will be determined during the checkout process.
  • Tracking Notification: After the processing period, an automatic tracking email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. This email will confirm that your package is ready for shipment and has been handed over to UPS for delivery. Track my order 


Customs and local Regulations Policy 

At Dummy Vapes, we value our international customers and want to provide clarity on our policies and responsibilities regarding international orders:


Country Limitations:

  • Payment and Shipping: If your country or state is not listed during the checkout process, we regret to inform you that we are currently unable to accept payment from or ship to your location at this time.

Customs and Importation Laws:

  • Customer Responsibility: Customers must be aware of and adhere to the customs and importation laws of their respective country. This includes any duties, taxes, VAT, and shipping service-related fees, which are not covered by Dummy Vapes. Customers are solely responsible for these payments.
  • Conversion Fees: Dummy Vapes is not responsible for any currency conversion fees associated with international orders. Customers are advised to check with their payment provider for details on any potential conversion charges.

Package Seizures and Duties:

  • Authority Actions: Dummy Vapes cannot be held responsible for any packages seized or stopped by local authorities or customs agencies, nor for any fees required by international duties.

Local Regulations:

  • Recommendation: We highly recommend that customers contact their local authorities or regulatory bodies to obtain comprehensive information on rules and regulations pertaining to electronic cigarettes and vaping products in their respective regions.
  • We appreciate your understanding of these policies, as they are designed to ensure compliance with international laws and regulations while offering a convenient shopping experience for our valued customers.

Returns and Exchanges for International Orders

Please note that, unfortunately, returns and exchanges are not available for international orders unless an order has been returned to our facility 

Please be aware that in the event of a customs seizure, returns and exchanges are still not available for international orders.

 

Late Shipments 

Please be aware that due to the high volume of packages UPS handles, tracking information may not update automatically. While UPS typically provides reliable and efficient service, occasional errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of UPS are not the responsibility of Dummy Vapes and should be resolved by contacting UPS directly at the contact details provided below. Please note that we do not guarantee transit times, and shipping fees are non-refundable through our company.

If the delivery confirmation (UPS version of tracking) for your package has not been updated for a few days, there's no need for alarm. UPS delivery confirmation often updates when the package reaches a sorting facility, transit locations, or your local post office. There may be no updates in between, and any delivery issues should be addressed with UPS directly.

While UPS offers efficient and dependable service, occasional package misrouting or delays may occur. Unfortunately, these errors are beyond our control, and we are not responsible for UPS-related errors or delays.

For more information or assistance, we recommend contacting the carrier directly. If you believe your shipment was delayed due to a service failure, you can file a claim by reaching out to the shipping carrier:
