Age Verification Requirement


At Dummy Vapes, we are committed to the responsible and lawful distribution of our e-cigarette products. To ensure compliance with legal regulations and to promote responsible consumption, we have implemented an age verification requirement for all buyers. Here are the essential details concerning this requirement:

  • Verification Process: Shortly after making a purchase, an email will be sent to you requesting the submission of a valid ID and credit card details for age verification and fraud protection purposes.
  • Non-Compliance: If a buyer fails to provide the necessary documents within one week of purchase, the order will be canceled. The cancellation will be accompanied by an explanation of the reasons for the cancellation.
  • Refund Timeline: Please allow a few days for the refund to appear on your bank statement after order cancellation.

This rigorous age verification process is in place to adhere to legal regulations and to promote responsible product consumption, with a particular focus on youth prevention.

We greatly appreciate your cooperation in maintaining these standards and supporting our efforts to prevent underage access to our products. Your commitment to responsible use is crucial in helping us achieve this goal.


Shipping and Handling 


At Dummy Vapes, we understand the importance of timely order processing and delivery. Here's what you need to know about our shipping and handling timelines:


Order Processing:

  • Processing Time: All orders require 24-48 business hours for processing. Most orders are prepared for delivery within 24 business hours (after the buyer is verified)
  • Priority Processing: We prioritize orders with paid shipping to ensure they are processed promptly.
  • Holiday Season Note: During busy holiday seasons and after holiday sales, please allow up to 72 business hours for order processing. We appreciate your patience during these peak periods.
  • Processing Hours: We process orders on weekdays from 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM EST. 
  • Non-Processing Days: Please note that we do not process orders on Sundays and national holidays.

Domestic Shipping Information:

At Dummy Vapes, we are committed to getting your orders to you as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please keep in mind that all shipping transit times are estimated delivery times, and we appreciate your understanding as we work to provide you with the best possible service.

  • Shipping Method and Estimated Delivery: we offer a variety of shipping methods to accommodate your needs. Shipping options and estimated delivery times will be presented during the checkout process, tailored to your specific location. Domestic shipping typically takes 3 to 8 days, depending on the chosen delivery option.
  • Pricing Details: Our shipping prices vary depending on the destination and the weight of your package. The exact cost will be determined during the checkout process.
  • Tracking Notification: After the processing period, an automatic tracking email will be sent to the email address associated with your order. This email will confirm that your package is ready for shipment and has been handed over to USPS for delivery. Track my order 

Route Protection 

Enhance the security of your order with our optional Route Protection service. This service incurs an additional fee, which is calculated at checkout based on the weight of the product in your order. Route Protection offers peace of mind for your purchase, safeguarding it in the event of loss or theft.

You can file a claim directly through our trusted partner. This experienced partner will assist you in either locating and recovering the package or, in the rare case that it cannot be found, issuing a full refund for your order.


Route Protection offers an added layer of protection, ensuring that your shopping experience with us remains secure and worry-free.


Returns and Exchanges: 

  • Damaged Products: If you receive a product that has arrived damaged, such as leakage or other physical damage, please be aware that Dummy Vapes cannot be held accountable for damages incurred during transit, which are non-refundable.
  • Defective Products: In the event that you encounter issues with a product that is not functioning correctly, we are here to assist you. For defective products, we will issue you a unique coupon code with a 30% reduction. 
  • Products Purchased on Promotion: Please note that products purchased on promotion are non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
  • Lost & Undelivered Packages: fall outside the responsibility of Dummy Vapes, and any issues arising from packages not received must be addressed by the customer.
  • Return to sender
    • Undeliverable Address: In instances where goods are returned to our facility due to an undeliverable address, we will provide a refund, with postal expenses incurred during the initial shipping deducted. Kindly review your shipping address carefully when placing an order, as errors in the shipping address may result in transit delays or returned orders.

If you experience any issues with your package, kindly send an email to our customer service team at info@dummyvapes.com to find a resolution. 

Please allow a few days for our team to assess the product and issue the refund. Additionally, it may take a few days for the refunded amount to appear in your bank account.

It's important to note that refunds are exclusively applicable to products that have been returned to our facility in accordance with our return policy. Your satisfaction is our priority, and we aim to address any product issues promptly and efficiently. 


Late Shipments 

Due to high volumes of packages that USPS receives, please keep in mind that tracking information may not be automatically updated. While USPS offers reliable and expedient service, errors and delays may occur. Errors and delays caused by or as a result of USPS are not the responsibility of Dummy Vapes and must be resolved by contacting USPS directly in the contact provided below. We do not guarantee transit times and shipping fees are non-refundable through us. 

Please do not be alarmed if the delivery confirmation (USPS version of tracking) for your package has not been updated in a few days. USPS delivery confirmation does not update until the package has reached a sorting facility, transit locations, or your local post office. There are no updates in between and all delivery issues should be addressed with your local post office.

USPS offers speedy and reliable service at a low cost. However, they can and will occasionally make the mistake of mis-routing a package. Unfortunately, these errors are out of our control and we are not responsible for errors or delays by USPS.
